How can I pay bills?
You can pay through Alipay and USDT-TRX.Enterprise customers cam paid through Bank Transfer.
Do you provide receipts?
Yes, you can download receipts and view your full payment history from the Billing section of the account dashboard. From there you can also move between plans — you’re in control.
Do you provide China VAT?
Yes, but only for enterprise customers who paid through Bank Transfer. For other customers we’re sorry but China VAT is not an option.
Can I get refund?
No. We currently do not accept refund. For more information about our refund policies, please read our knowledgebase.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason — no questions asked. But MoccaCloud doesn’t refund customers as we mentioned above.
What devices supported?
MoccaCloud supports all kinds of devices to connect to relay, as long as your device support Shadowsocks-AEAD, or you can setup on your router.
